Since 1936 in Mouans-Sartoux, Grasse, and Mougins, the Saluzzo family has passed down its artisanal know-how from father to son.
These traditions are now carried on by Stéphane, Master Artisan of France – master pastry chef, chocolatier, and ice cream maker – Mercure d’Or award winner.
The entire range of products is homemade, using fresh and high-quality ingredients.
All suppliers are French, with most of them being local.
The main establishment, L’Epi d’Or, is located in Mouans-Sartoux.
A team of 12 pastry chefs, dough specialists, confectioners, and chocolatiers work year-round to provide you with fresh, 100% homemade products every day.
