The hotel Sainte Victoire has a bistronomic restaurant with a breathtaking view over the mountain Sainte Victoire and the Castle of Vauvenargues.

The restaurant is open all year long for lunch and dinner.
Chef Mateus Marangoni offers a cross-kitchen between France, Mediterranean influences and Brazilian food where he is originally from, always promoting seasonal, fresh and local products.

The main restaurant has a capacity for 35 diners with a limo/waiting/bar area with 16 seated places. In fine weather, you can enjoy the shaded terrace with a capacity for 34 people and a lounge area with sofas for up to 12 guests for a pre-dinner drink, as well as a panoramic bar. In winter, you can enjoy lunch and dinner in a warm atmosphere beside the fireplace.

The restaurant opens all year long from 12 pm until 3 pm for lunch and from 8pm until 10pm for diner.

The restaurant provides an all-day service from 11am until 11pm for all guests and an all-day dining menu is available for hotel guest in order to enjoy our special dishes at the swimming pool.

The hotel restaurant can host your conferences, along with a fully equipped conference room for a maximum of 16 persons. It also organizes private events at the restaurant according to our availability such as wedding, birthday, anniversary, barmitsvas etc.
