His cuisine is a subtle blend of French gastronomy and the South African recipes he grew up with, such as melktert and biltong. The wine list offers a wide selection of French and South African wines, carefully selected by our sommeliers.
The restaurant was awarded its first Michelin star in 2016. Chef Jan-Hendrik van der Westhuizen is the first South African to receive a Michelin award.
