The chef aims to bring together the worlds he cherishes by working with fresh, seasonal local produce from the Méditérranée, while infusing his childhood memories of Kinshasa into the cuisine he learned in France in the great houses.
The menu changes every two weeks and follows the seasons: vegetarian and allergy-friendly versions are also available (please give the restaurant at least 24 hours' notice).
