Le C offers meticulous, traditional cuisine to delight every palate. The menus are prepared using mainly regional resources, and evolve with the seasons. In addition to the chef's talent and experience, one of the secrets of this refined restaurant is the richness of its kitchen garden. Many of the vegetables and aromatic plants are grown there with the utmost care.
