Between the border, the sea, the garden and the mountains, at the foot of the mountains, overlooking the sea, a stone’s throw from the Italian border, the 30’s rotunda building that houses the Mirazur offers an idyllic setting surrounded by lush vegetation.

At the foot of the mountains, overlooking the sea, a stone's throw from the Italian border, the 1930s rotunda building that houses the Mirazur offers an idyllic setting. Immersed in lush vegetation, it is set on a hillside on three levels. The spacious, elegant and luminous restaurant room embraces the sky and the sea as far as the eye can see through a long circular bay where the town of Menton is outlined.
Below, at the bend of a few steps, the orchard-garden abounding in aromatic herbs and fragrant citrus fruits is, along with all its gardens, one of the precious sources of inspiration for Mauro Colagreco in the creation of his dishes.

Exceptional nature, exceptional cuisine! Mauro Colagreco chose this extraordinary site to develop his art in direct relationship with his environment. This heaven-and-earth restaurant beats to the rhythm of the seasons, the moon, the plants... and the stars (3 Michelin stars and one green one!).
The chef rubs shoulders with the world of biodynamics, listening to the stars and nature. His cuisine, both simple and sophisticated, combines ethics and aesthetics.
With a strong personality, it expresses the contrasts of nature, the gentle harmony of opposites. At the foot of steep, wild cliffs, amid gardens rich in flowers, aromas and perfumes, overlooking the sea, shaped by wind, sun and sea spray, Mirazur amazes.
