Opened less than a year ago, the ‘Chez les Frangins’ traditional rotisserie is continuing to innovate: from now on, the dishes can also be enjoyed on the terrace, for a quality lunch break. Spit-roasted products and homemade side dishes. Les Frangins also offers an event catering service for all your special occasions.
When it comes to meat, we select local or native produce: Sisteron lamb, Limousin beef, Label Rouge Alpine pork, Corrèze veal... spit-roasted to bring out all their flavours. Country terrines, foie gras, charcuterie and pâté en croûte are also carefully selected by our partner artisans.
As for the side dishes, everything is homemade. Grilled potatoes are always on the menu, but the summer season is also a time for freshness: salads, tabbouleh, tomatoes, courgette and aubergine gratins are all on offer. An attractive range of delicatessen products completes the offer. The products are regional (home-made crisps from Beaucaire, organic beer brewed in Carpentras, olives from Château Estoublon...), tested and approved by the two brothers. ‘We only offer what we like.
