In the gentle atmosphere of a Provençal village, Salad 'in Fayence, run by Sophie and Jean-Pierre, offers delicious home-cooked cuisine, where Provençal farcis are served alongside aîoli, and gourmet salads vary with the seasons.
In the shelter of a flower-filled patio, surrounded by the old walls of the Eglise St-Jean Baptiste, Sophie and Jean Pierre welcome you with Provencal simplicity and conviviality over a plate of farcis, a hearty aioli and a memorable gourmet coffee. Breakfast is served from 8:30 a.m., and lunch and tea are open until 3 p.m., non-stop.
