Our fruits and vegetables come exclusively from our region (Hyères, La Moutonne) and are selected according to the seasons.
Our fish are caught in the Mediterranean by our fishermen from Mourillon, Hyères, and Carqueiranne. Our meat also comes from the region, particularly from the Haut-Var. Consequently, our menu is constantly evolving, adapting to the products our producers offer us. Our chef emphasizes creative, original, and colorful cuisine, with all his heart to delight you.
Our restaurant is ready to welcome you, but if you can't stay for lunch with us, we offer a multitude of takeout dishes that will delight you just as much.
Finally, we can assist you with all your private events, in our restaurant, which has been privatized for the occasion, or outdoors.
