This concept imagined by the Toane group merges the worlds of sushi, poké and gyoza, in an immersive atmosphere organized around an open kitchen, designed like a bar. All in coral and turquoise, the decor is reminiscent of the island lagoons of the Pacific.
Composed of around twenty dishes, the menu is designed in collaboration with the 2023 French Sushi Champion, Vincent Broggi. Both authentic and creative, it offers a range of signature sushi, poké bowls with inventive sauces and toppings as well as gyozas cooked to order.
