Ubud is the place to be for Indonesian cuisine, with a chef straight from the region.
Behind the Ubud restaurant is Alain, who fell in love with Bali years ago. A passionate cook, he and his son Benjamin opened an Indonesian restaurant in Marseille, the only place where you can enjoy Balinese cuisine.
Avi Nuvul, a passionate gourmet, is the restaurant's chef. Originally from Java, Indonesia, she offers authentic, traditional cuisine. All dishes are homemade with fresh market produce. Indonesian cuisine differs according to its region of origin: Javanese, Sundanese, Balinese... However, the common denominator is the staple food, rice. It can be enhanced with meats, vegetables, fish or shrimps. Indonesian cuisine is rich and varied. Colorful and surprising, it will take you on a journey with exotic flavors enhanced by spices such as curry.
Enjoy it at home with our delivery service, or on site when the restaurant opens.
