Imbued with the colors and lilting accent of Provence, the UP restaurant offers elegant, creative dining that sublimates the Provencal terroir with a modern, colorful bistronomy that breaks codes in a no-holds-barred way. The menu features seasonal produce and a gastronomic experience that's all about sharing. Each dish, meticulously imagined by new chef Kevin Soria, promises a symphony of flavors, highlighting creativity and modernity.

The menu evolves with the seasons and the chefs' inspirations, in line with an assertive locavore approach, where every ingredient is carefully selected from the region. Ultimate Provence sources some of its produce from Château SaintRoux, guaranteeing unrivalled freshness and quality. Fruits and vegetables, sustainably grown in the château's kitchen garden, enhance the flavors of our dishes.
