A native of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, I set up my home studio as soon as I got back from California, after 10 years in Paris where I started painting (in the 80s); portraits of celebrities and the Alpilles.
In 1983, after a trip to Italy, impressed by the beauty of Renaissance paintings, I decided to follow my own path of artistic creation.
For many years I painted in free figuration. When I returned to Provence, I turned to painting landscapes of the Alpilles region based on my photographs, portraits of famous people and those close to me, paintings sometimes inspired by world events, and so on.
To this day I continue my work and I am happy to work on my art in our family home, to which I am very attached.

I exhibit my work in the north courtyard in fine weather (spring, summer, autumn).
I am approved by the Maison des Artistes de Paris and the ADAGP for my author's rights.
