The sales area of this collective plant processing workshop is run by local producers. They sell chestnut cream, jams, fruit juices, honey, biscuits, pottery, soaps and beauty products, wool and socks, and more.

The Grès workshop is a plant processing workshop run by the ‘Châtaignes des Grès’ association. Producers can come and make fruit juices, jams, chestnut cream or any other preparation.
