Catering dishes to take away, including many specialities from Nice, butcher's shop, quality meats of French Label Rouge origin, traditional home-made charcuterie.

Settled for more than 10 years in Saint-Martin-Vésubie, on the edge of the Mercantour, I try to keep the culinary tradition of Nice alive through my preparations, ready-made meals and charcuterie.
A butcher's stall offers high quality meats.
I work in a short circuit with the producers of the valley, selling honey and cheese from the region, eggs, poultry and meat according to availability.
I make my own charcuterie in my butcher's shop so that I can offer you tasty, quality products.
