Provencal pastry, chocolate and ice-cream maker since 1830
Born in Solliès-Pont, Maison Teisseire came into being in 1830 with Victor Teisseire, a passionate pastry chef who began producing nougat for the year-end holidays — a symbol of the 13 traditional Provençal desserts.
In the 1950s, his son Léon carried on the adventure and developed chocolate moulds for Christmas and Easter. Claude, Léon’s son, took up the torch and in turn passed on his know-how to his own son Patrice.
Today, Patrice perpetuates this family heritage with passion. A certified chocolatier since 2012, he continues to create nougats and chocolates while upholding the artisanal methods and quality that have made Maison Teisseire renowned.
“Today, Maison Teisseire enables you to offer, all year round, the excellence of an ancestral Provençal craftsmanship.”
