Boulangerie la Croûte céleste

La Croûte Céleste is a bakery unlike any other! When Renaud opened his store, in an old stone house in the center of the village, he had in mind the idea of creating a place to live in the heart of Robion, to offer villagers a bakery like in the old days... He embarked on this 2nd professional life with seriousness and passion, specializing from the outset in the production of breads made from ancient wheat and sourdough. The Masse nature (or with seeds), the Gros Paysan, as well as brioches, oil pumps, pretzels and the Petit Robionnais (a cookie made with petit-épeautre) quickly became the talk of the town! You sometimes have to queue to get to the counter, but that's the price you pay for the success of this crunchy project.
