For over 15 years, the Rouger bakery and patisserie has been enthroned on Avenue Jean Giono at the entrance to Manosque. Baker, pastry chef, chocolatier, ice-cream maker and surrounded by a team of skilled craftsmen, Manuel Rouger brilliantly manages this institution. Committed to the quality of his products and the values of his profession, he favors short circuits, local ingredients (notably almonds, figs and Manosque olive oil), organic or traditional flours and natural leavening.
