Chocolaterie Bernard Castelain has been located in the heart of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape vineyards since 1994, and in Althen-Les-Paluds since 2005. It is now present in Coustellet, at the gateway to the Luberon.

The Bernard Castelain chocolate-maker firm is strongly attached to its original values - concerned with quality, rigourous choice of ingredients, a choice of pure cocoa butter couvertures, a friendly, competent staff, and artisanal savoir-faire all contribute to the top-of-the-line quality the company is known for. The new gourmand boutique is located in Le Coustellet and proposes specialties made by the Chocolaterie Bernard Castelain: le Palet des Papes, la Picholine and many other gourmandises !
