A state-qualified mountain leader in summer and aspiring cross-country ski instructor in winter, Hélène is passionate about the Briançonnais region, and in particular the Clarée, and is a year-round resident of the Clarée. She'll be delighted to help you discover the playground of this beautiful valley, particularly for trail running or rando course! The Haute-Clarée and the Massif des Cerces are just incredible, but the entrance to the valley is also well worth a visit. Hélène will be delighted to show you the paths that she uses for her trail-running training. Flat valley floors, gentle or technical terrain, long or half-day outings, the Clarée abounds in itineraries to knit together endlessly, and Hélène will be delighted to take you there! She's keen to share her passion for the mountains with you, through trail-running. She offers her trail-running courses only in spring and autumn, so you can enjoy the luxury of light, atmosphere and colors that follow one another day after day in the mountains, especially in Clarée. If a course doesn't go ahead due to lack of applicants, she'll be on hand to respond to your requests for full-day or half-day trail runs, tailored to your needs. She also loves passing through small mountain villages, and why not stop for a drink or a bite to eat to meet the locals, and experience the Clarée valley in its entirety.
