Délices de Provence is first and foremost a selection of artisanal products typical of Provence, whether famous or forgotten, such as Provençal tripe, Camargue rice or IGP Montélimar nougat. Added to this are products from elsewhere, such as canned fish, world peppers, Italian vinegars.
We are keen to offer references from sustainable agriculture, particularly from neighboring regions, such as Gard and 100% French. Each product is tasted, each production site is visited to ensure that the values we carry are shared with artisans, breeders, farmers, etc.: respectful animal breeding, sustainable agriculture, biodegradable packaging, traceability of raw materials, etc.
Through this approach, we also want to tell our customers the story of our partners. Behind each product, there are committed people, often a family, who we want to make known since this is also what local commerce is all about.
