Located in an old forge, the Biscuiterie de Forcalquier offers a wide range of Provencal cookies: macaroons, shuttles, almond crisps... All the products are made on the spot, with old varieties of Provencal farm flours from organic farming. To know more about it, push the doors of the workshop!
