In this pretty, well-exposed little valley, Val d'Iris,
Anne Dor produces typical Côtes de Provence wines, marked by terroir and sunshine, wines of fine structure, full of light.
Anne Dor produces typical Côtes de Provence wines, marked by terroir and sunshine, wines of fine structure, full of light.
Anne Dor bought this former iris plantation and vineyard in 1999.
Today, the vineyard comprises 8.5 hectares in a single block, on hillsides ideal for red wines.
The clay-limestone soil provides the vines with the warmth they need to ripen perfectly, and the water reserves they need to withstand the dry summers of Provence. Anne Dor and Ludovic Vilcoq, her farm manager, are fully committed to respecting biodiversity, and invite you to come and see for yourself during a stroll through the vines.
