Initiation and improvement of underwater fishing in apnea. Family visit of the underwater sites of the coast in underwater hiking, learning apnea in depth and in statics.

Underwater fishing :
Dive into the heart of the sea depths to discover a varied flora. The spearfishing initiation course is an activity rich in emotions which takes place over a morning or a day. Also called spearfishing, it will give you the opportunity to explore the aquatic depths by learning freediving and supervised spearfishing techniques.

Apnea:
Become aware of the breath, the freshness of the inspiration, the slowness of the expiration... Discover the art of breathing well, this breath accessible at all times, effective for relaxing and better managing your emotions. Learning freediving is above all learning how to breathe I Take control of your body and enjoy freedom underwater! A moment of escape and a feeling of physical and mental well-being will be there!!!

For underwater hiking: Discover with family or friends the joys of underwater exploration with discretion on the most beautiful spots of the Estérel aboard our semi-rigid Tarpon ADSS equipped with a 100 CV Suzuki.
