Hiking and the art of living.

Les pieds sur terre is delighted to offer all lovers of the great outdoors moments of escape and peace.
Florence Chalandon, mountain guide and yoga teacher, will take you on a tour of her favourite playgrounds.
Les pieds sur terre is about sharing my love of life and meeting new people, one foot in front of the other. Escapades in France and around the world, walking, breathing, practising nomadic yoga, enjoying the simple present moment.

Every morning from 9 a.m. to noon, join me to discover wild areas on snowshoes.
Equipment (snowshoes and poles) and transport provided.

Nomadic evenings, every evening from 5pm to 8pm. Short hike, drinks and meal in the yurt or around the brazier under the stars.
