In 1997, some surfing fans from La Ciotat decided to found a surf club in La Ciotat. This is how the Gavade Amicale des Surfistes was born: the GAS. Nicolas Hervo, Eric Bonnery and Fred Pele set about opening a surf club without knowing what it would become. From small events to competitions, surfing will take an educational direction.
