Irène Sarlin is an olive oil producer and manager of the Olive Grove of Capeliers, in Fuveau.

The Capeliers olive grove boasts 300 historic trees that were once part of the farm. After a career change, this passionate woman decided to return to her roots and take over the family business. Today, Irène Sarlin produces approximately 600 liters of oil, pressed less than 4 km from the farm, bottled and labeled by her, and sold locally.
