Established in the Provençal landscape in 1948, Maison Jouvaud has always been committed to offering its customers exceptional products, combining tradition and innovation. Passed down from mother to daughter and from father to son, three generations have followed one another, leading to Jeanne-Marie and Pierre Jouvaud, the grandchildren of the founders of the house.
A member of Relais Desserts International—which brings together the world’s finest artisans—the pâtisserie exports its delicacies as far as Japan, where a Jouvaud pâtisserie has been established since 2004. The Imuraya Group, a subsidiary of Mitsubishi, was looking to set up a non-Parisian pâtisserie. Competing with 50 other pâtisseries from across France, Frédéric Jouvaud won the bid by championing authenticity and Provençal products, offering lovers of fine food sweets with mysterious and mythical names—Vertige du Ventoux, Montmirail, Saint-Siffrein!
Activities: pastry, bakery, confectionery, chocolate making, ice cream, tearoom, and decoration.
