The cellar is in the same building as the Côté Cour restaurant, right in the centre of Aix-en-Provence, on the famous Cours Mirabeau.
In this unique site with its vaulted cellar and exposed stone, the cellarman, Romain, gives pride of place to wine. The wine cellar is wide-ranging, with wines from the region and elsewhere in France, as well as Champagnes and spirits.
