This is the story of 2 friends who discovered arranged rum through their common passion for the islands.
It was during a trip to Martinique that the idea came to them to embark on this superb adventure around old rums and mixed rums.
We use an AOC white rum from Martinique, fruits, spices, such as vanilla and cinnamon, but also other ingredients such as leaves, chilli, coffee, cocoa ... Sugar of course to promote the exhalation of aromas. It is necessary to let macerate at least 2 to 3 months depending on the flavors to obtain an arranged at maturity.
