The history of pistachio tree cultivation, which is over 3,000 years old, is told through a film on a large screen. The shop has a selection of exceptional products: plain pistachios from different areas, shelled pistachio nuts or in cocktail shells, pure pistachio paste, culinary preparations, confectionery, etc.
A big picture window opens onto the workshop where pistachio ice cream is made, to eat on the spot or take away.
