As a renowned chocolatier in Sainte Maxime, I established "La Muscadine," my chocolate business, in 1983. As a craftsman, I follow the guidelines of the art and create my chocolates in the truest tradition.
At my clients' request, I take the time to passionately craft my chocolates. The inside of the chocolate are entirely handcrafted; there is no industrial subcontracting involved. Storage and quality assurance are ongoing processes.
100% pure cocoa butter from Côte d'Ivoire is used to make the chocolate coating. Vietnam, Ecuador, and Mexico make excellent aromas. The best-quality components are used inside, and the flavors are natural.
My chocolates are sold to people directly in our Sainte-Maxime store, which is next to the Labs. For bakeries, pastries, municipalities, and works councils, I also provide a wholesale formula (please contact us for wholesale costs).
