Master chocolatier in Sainte-Maxime since 1983, the La Muscadine chocolate factory perpetuates an exceptional artisanal know-how.

Each creation is crafted in the purest chocolate-making tradition, using authentic methods and meticulous attention to quality and taste.

The chocolates are made with passion, responding to customer desires and requests. The fillings are prepared in-house, without any industrial outsourcing, guaranteeing complete control over each stage of production. Rigorous monitoring of quality and storage conditions ensures optimal freshness. La Muscadine uses exclusively 100% pure cocoa butter couverture chocolate, primarily from Ivory Coast, as well as premium cocoa beans from Mexico, Ecuador, and Vietnam. The flavorings are natural, and the ingredients are selected for their excellence.

On-site in Sainte-Maxime, visitors can discover and purchase all the creations in the shop adjacent to the workshops. Wholesale options are also available for bakeries, pastry shops, institutions, and employee committees (prices upon request).

The chocolate factory offers nearly 45 varieties with unique flavors:

- Alcohol-infused chocolates, ganaches and pralines, Christmas molded chocolates
- Easter molded chocolates, chocolate bars
- Soft nougat, fruit jellies with natural flavors
- "Chocofleurs," chocolates with floral flavors, and their unique mimosa creation
