Located on a tree-lined square in the historic center, La Princière offers homemade ice creams in unique flavors, with no colorants or enhancers. Tearoom. Ranked 4th best ice-cream maker in France 2013 (TripAdvisor)

We work in the tradition of raw local produce: raw materials from local/organic production, good whole milk from the Alpilles, fresh fruit picked in Provence.
