Maritima Avaticorum, a Gallo-Roman city established on the present-day site of Martigues, marks the beginning of more than two millennia of viticulture in Provence, marked by the discovery of a vine dating back two centuries BC.
In 2025, 165 winegrowers cultivated the 180-hectare vineyard, located mainly in the hamlets of Saint-Julien and Saint-Pierre. Exceptional sunshine, proximity to the sea, and a dry climate benefiting from the inlets and the Mistral wind make our terroir a privileged location for growing vines.
Today, production control is our main focus of development. Irrigation, land management and transfer, mastery of technical developments, consulting, grape variety evolution, and the development of new production standards such as High Environmental Value (HVE) and organic farming are all objectives and challenges we have set ourselves.
We also offer a selection of local bistro products such as the famous bottarga, olive oil, charcuterie, honey, and much more, allowing you to share a convivial moment around our wines and discover our fine cuisine.
We offer lively vintages with modern lines or others aged more traditionally in barrels or jars, in the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence and IGP Méditerranée appellations.
Our entire team is at your disposal to share the nectars of the Venice of Provence!
