L'Attitude Chocolat is, above all, the meeting of two friends, chocolatiers and pastry chefs. Jérôme and Sylvain worked as chefs for several years in prestigious establishments such as the Bellagio Las Vegas and the Fontainebleau Miami Beach, among others.
Upon their return to France, it wasn't long before they decided to join forces to create L'Attitude Chocolat. A bean-to-bar chocolate shop where everything is produced on-site.
With the desire to further deepen their shared passion and knowledge of chocolate, they decided to make their own cocoa from organic and fair-trade beans, in order to share a unique chocolate that would be the hallmark of all their products.
