L'Épicerie de Carine welcomes you to the heart of Cassis
Created in Uriage-les-bains (38) in 2007 by Carine Aribert, L'Épicerie de Carine recently opened in the heart of Cassis, a stone's throw from the port on avenue de la viguerie.
In this new setting, designed by interior architect Anne-Maud Mauduech, fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables, local produce, spices, teas, coffees, chocolates, artisanal ice creams, quality wines and champagnes are carefully selected.
Artiste Glacier, Huiles Kalios, Vinaigres Leonardi, Caviar de Neuvic, Alain Millat, Biscuiterie Orsoni, Confitures Olbia de Provence, Anatra, Maison Patignac, Vins de Cassis, Vins les Vilaines, Vins La Dona Tigana, Champagne EPC and Clos Servien are just some of the products on offer.
The sale of takeaway products and dishes from Michelin-starred chefs such as Pierre Reboul (Château de la Pioline*), Jean Sulpice (L'Auberge du Père Bise **) or Anne-Sophie Pic (La Maison Pic ***) is also one of the brand's mainstays, under the name "Osez la cuisine étoilée".
Carine Aribert, founder of L'Épicerie de Carine, grew up in a family of restaurateurs and trained at the École hôtelière de Vienne (38).
L'Épicerie de Carine Cassis is a family affair. Elodie, who runs the store, is Carine's sister and has lived in Cassis for several years. Both were keen to work together, alongside partner Bruno Badin.
After Uriage, in the heart of the mountains, moving to Cassis by the sea was an obvious choice for us," explains Carine Aribert. What a pleasure to get to know the people of Cassis and share our best products with them.
