Les Comtes de Provence

Agro’novae is a family-owned food factory founded in 1986, located in Peyruis in the Alpes de Haute Provence and specialised in the processing of fruit. Better known as « Les Comtes de Provence », the company produces fruit based culinary specialties such as jams, compotes, coulis, ingredients and fruit based desserts commercialised in France and in more than thirty other countries around the world (in North-America, Europe, Middle-East, Africa and Asia). Agro’novae also turns fruit preparations into intermediate products for industrialists.

Visit our manufacturing plant on Tuesday at 9:30 am (except August) – from 3 to 10 people – 10 years old minimum – On registration by email or phone, €2/pers – tasting and welcome gift at the end of the visit.
Factory outlet open from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

The factory is part of the flavours and scents route, a gathering of food companies, perfumes and cosmetics, wishing to show their craft, their know-how, their products through tastings and visits of their workshop. It is a mix of industrial tourism, cultural discovery and pleasure for the senses.
