A confectioner for 5 generations in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, come and visit the 2 boutiques of the Lilamand confectionery and taste the candied fruits of Provence, the gourmet calissons and all the other delicious products.
The Lilamand family founded its confectioners in St Remy de Provence, in the Alpilles, in 1866. The proximity of the orchards naturally led them to specialise in candied fruit. The produce is carefully selected and candied in the traditional way, in copper bowls. Visitors will be intoxicated by the transparent colours and the aromas of the boiled sweets and will have to choose between sunny melon and crystalline strawberry.
