They firmly believe that it is our responsibility to take care of our environment, which is why they have put in place several initiatives to reduce their ecological footprint.
One of their proudest achievements is their commitment to waste management. Here, every gesture counts: they sort their waste and urge their customers to follow suit. During their visit, customers are self-sufficient: they are provided with selective sorting garbage cans and appropriate containers for recycling. Together, we're making an active contribution to preserving our environment!

Loucau was born of a meeting between Meghan, a farmer, and Théo, an artisan ice-cream maker.
