Monsieur Riquier is renowned for his know-how, and his innovative and original recipes. Your professional can recommend one of his flagship specialties, the olive oil brioche, or his Gibassier, a shortbread cookie also made with olive oil. A wide choice of cakes awaits you too: the famous Caprice au citron (Bavarois), Parfait caramel nougatine, Tarte lourmarinoise and croquets de Lourmarin made with almonds, honey and orange.
