Since 1947, Maison Telme has been an artisanal canning company in Haute-Provence and is now located in Peyruis. As a family-owned business for 3 generations, we prepare terrines using local ingredients, without preservatives, additives, lactose or gluten. Our specialties include terrines infused with pastis, lavender flowers, lemon, almonds and figs. While our terrines simmer we also prepare blends of salts, aromatic herbs and other delightful products to discover in our shop.
