Their olive oil production comes from organic orchards and PDO Vallée des Baux-de-Provence. Discover and taste free of charge their fruity green olive oils, matured in the traditional way, table olives and tapenades...

Gilles invites you on a tasty stroll through his organically farmed orchards, at the foot of the Château des Baux-de-Provence. He'll explain how olives are grown. Tours of the estate and olive grove are available, with free olive oil tasting by appointment.

Gilles and Laetitia also offer a farm gîte in Maussane-les Alpilles, in the countryside with swimming pool, terrace and air conditioning. Equestrian facilities available.
