Beekeeper and producer of small red fruits and aromatic plants in Le Lauzet

Our honey house is located in the hamlet of Le Lauzet. Our bees produce a variety of honeys in the region, all with the Organic Agriculture label, including a high-mountain honey marketed under the Esprit Parc des Écrins brand. We also produce propolis, and part of our production is transformed into pastries and confectionery: honeyed honey, honey shortbread, pure honey gingerbread, Chocomiel, squirrel honey and honey-roasted almonds. Finally, we offer jams, jellies and herbal teas made from fruit and plants grown by us in Le Lauzet.
