▪️ THE MOUNTAIN HARMONY PHILOSOPHY To offer gentle moments of pause, breathing, and reconnection through walking, nature, and deep listening. ▪️ ACTIVITIES Each week, we offer a program of outings adapted to everyone’s pace: • Hypno-hikes & snowy forest bathing • Breath-focused hikes • Storytelling hikes: tales and legends • Les Orres: from past to present • Morning energy hike • Individual hypnotherapy and personal support sessions (career guidance and professional transition) Combo: “The Zen Hike”: one hike of your choice + a 1-hour wellness massage with Séverine from “Ma Bulle d’Air” ▪️ WHO ARE THESE ACTIVITIES FOR? Our approach is open to everyone — holidaymakers, families, teenagers, and adults — who wish to slow down, recharge, rediscover meaning, or experience the mountains in a different way. Groups are limited to 12 people.
