Whether working as a home chef or catering for receptions, Nicolas offers original recipes using local organic or sustainable produce. He also passes on his know-how by giving cooking classes, often accompanied by a gourmet stroll around the Luberon markets. His concern for eco-responsible cooking extends to waste management, with his choice of compostable containers. Whenever possible, even peelings are cooked!
