The maison André Boyer, Master Nougatier since 1887, develops with respect for the original recipes, white and black nougat, macaroons, spelt biscuits, calissons, marshmallows...A handcrafted production labelled as Living Heritage Company.

The house André Boyer, Master Nougatier since 1887, elaborates in the respect of the original recipes white and black nougat, two delicacies whose delicious taste has not varied for more than a century and which make the fame of the house.
You can also find macaroons, small spelt cakes, calissons or marshmallows.
