A pretty hillside village with picturesque streets overlooked by the ruins of the Castle of Queen Jeanne. Don’t miss the lovely fountains, the wash house and the 17th century church. From the foot of the ruins there is a gorgeous view over the Etoile hills, Vitrolles and the Etang de Berre. The Roquefavour Aqueduct is 80m high, twice the height of the Pont du Gard and towers above the lush green valley of the Arc. Built in the mid 19th century by Montricher, it carries the water from the Durance River to Marseille.
