the tourist office in the heart of the village welcomes you for all information, hikes, accommodation, restaurants...
At the mouth of the verdant vale of Saint Pons, Gemenos has preserved a late 17th century castle (now the Town Hall) and a group of enormous farm buildings (barns of the Marquis of Albertas).
There are several walks in the cool shade of Saint Pons Park planted with trees that are rare in Provence (beech, ash, spruce, etc.) beside a river and a splendid waterfall. Saint Pons Abbey, the regions best conserved Cistercian convent, is in the heart of the park.
