The unspoilt environment and the majestic ballet of the waterfalls make this an unforgettable activity. Whether you're a thrill-seeker or just want to cool off with the family, the Costeplane and La Blache canyons, with their constant flow throughout the summer and always well-watered, are the region's benchmark. There are two routes to choose from, depending on the thrills you're looking for: the ‘classic descent’ (2 hours) or the ‘sport integral’ (3 hours 30 minutes) for the most intrepid. Whichever option you choose, your instructor's priority will be to make sure you have a great time, a good time and guaranteed thrills in complete safety.
