For 5 generations, the Patisserie et Chocolaterie Eyriey has been striving to make products of the highest quality. This knowledge has been passed down from father to son since 1902, the year the shop that delights our taste buds was founded.

Luc Eyriey is the fourth generation. Passionate and enthusiastic, he has passed on this passion to his three daughters, who have decided to take over the running of the business in order to perpetuate the family heritage.

The company now makes its own chocolate using raw cocoa beans from the best plantations.

This production takes place in the shop, so that customers can witness the delicate and complex work involved, and so that the curious and connoisseurs can enjoy a chocolate that is out of the ordinary.

A production unit directly in the shop: production of chocolate bars on the premises from grand cru beans, as well as spreads made from high-quality raw fruit (IGP Piedmont hazelnuts, IGP Spanish almonds and grand cru beans).
